Summer - Programmes for children

Children´s olympics
The children really love these "Olimpiadi dei bambini" (Children`s olympics) organized by the Touristic Association for the summer 2003 on July 24th, August 7th and 21st. The games will take place in the pine forest "Pespesc" from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m.
The programme includes tug-of-war, darts, relay race, archery, water game, sack race, etc. etc. and a very amusing game of paper-chase.
Children from 6 to 12 years of age can participate at the Olympics. They will be divided in groups of 4 and into three categories based on their age.
At the end of the day there is food for everyone, cups and medals for the best and a souvenier for all children.

Tour for children
Here we will listen to singing birds and chirping crickets, we will follow the odour of flowers and herbs, we will touch tree bark, pine-needles and white rocks. In the evening then, sitting in a circle in the shade of beautiful trees, we will listen to old stories of the lost Fanes Empire....
In July and in August an experienced guide will accompany you to the legendary "Fanes-Senes-Braies" Natural park in order to make your day a little bit different.

Departure at 8.30 a.m. and return at approx. 4 p.m.
Route: from Pederü (1,545 m) to the Altipiano di Fanes Plateau (2,000 m), to the Parlamento delle Marmotte (Parliament of the marmots) and return or alternatively depart from Pederü to the Fodara Vedla and Senes huts and return.
